This artwork symbolises the devastating loss over all Aboriginal people who have in the past and continue to lose their lives today.
It represents the men, women and children who were slaughtered and died from introduced diseases, during the early years of European Invasion, to the Aboriginal servicemen and women who died serving a Country that didn’t even recognise them as equals to their white brothers-in-arms.
